1. Conditions of Use

By registering with The Global Rishta & The Jain Rishta, you confirm that:

• You are legally eligible (18+ for women, 21+ for men) to enter into matrimonial alliances under Indian law.
• You are registering either for yourself or for a direct family member with consent. 
• All information provided is accurate and truthful. 
• Misuse of services, sharing of confidential profiles without consent, or misrepresentation may result in termination without refund.
   

2. Privacy Policy

• The Global Rishta & The Jain Rishta respects your privacy. All shared information is strictly confidential. 
• Girls' profiles are never shared without prior approval from parents or guardians
• We do not display any profiles on our website. 
• Profiles are shared personally via WhatsApp only based on compatibility and verification. 
• Your data is never sold, published, or used for advertising.
   

3. Electronic Communication

By registering, you consent to receive communications from The Global Rishta and The Jain Rishta through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. These communications may include profile suggestions, service updates, payment reminders, and follow-ups.

Please note:

• Profiles will be shared only via WhatsApp or email for both Registered and Un-Registered clients.
• Phone calls will be used strictly for normal communication purposes (e.g., follow-ups, clarifications).
• Except WhatsApp, we will not use or share any profiles through other messaging platforms or channels.
   

4. Membership

• Membership begins upon receipt of the agreed service fee. 
• Each membership is non-transferable and valid for a fixed term (e.g., 6 or 12 months as per the selected plan). 
• All profile sharing and matchmaking services will be available only during the active membership period.
   

5. As to Extraneous Contents

• The Global Rishta & The Jain Rishta are not responsible for the personal conduct, claims, or background of individuals introduced through our service. 
• At The Global Rishta & The Jain Rishta, we maintain a strict policy of sharing girls’ profiles only after receiving clear consent from their parents or legal guardians.

                 In the rare event that a profile is shared mistakenly without prior                 approval, we assure you that it is solely intended for genuine matrimonial  purposes related to your son or daughter. There is absolutely no personal or wrongful intention behind such communication. We deeply respect every family's privacy and are committed to rectifying any such incident immediately upon being informed.

• Families are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence (background checks, horoscope matching, etc.) before finalizing any alliance.
   

6. Refund of Fees

• All payments to The Global Rishta & The Jain Rishta are strictly non-refundable, regardless of outcomes. 
• Once the matchmaking service has commenced, no cancellation or refund.
   

7. Role of The Global Rishta & The Jain Rishta

• TGR & TJR acts as a facilitator between families and prospects based on preferences and compatibility. 
• Our role includes suggesting profiles, initiating communication, and maintaining privacy. 
• We do not guarantee marriage, nor are we liable for outcomes following introductions.
   

8. What Happens Once Your Membership Is Over?

• Upon expiry of your membership period, your account will be marked inactive. 
• Profile sharing and matchmaking support will cease unless you choose to renew or upgrade your membership. 
• Renewal can be requested through our team at any time.
   

9. Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

• The Global Rishta & The Jain Rishta reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions, pricing, or service features at any time. 
• Continued use of our services after any change implies your acceptance of the revised terms. 
• If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall continue to be valid.
